  Purchased a garage remote for $69.95. Didn't fix my problem, because it turned out the motor needed replacing and so the un-coded and unused garage remote was of no use to me. Took it back 12 days later with the receipt to get a refund. He straight up said he doesn't do refunds, even adding "in my house, when we buy something, we commit to it." He said I could swap it for something, but there was nothing I wanted. So I asked for a credit note, he said he doesn't do those either. But after a while, he got a pad and a pen out and said he would write me some kind of credit note. At that point I said something like "Jesus Christ, I can't believe you think this is a good way of doing business in this day and age." With that, he accused me of being blasphemous (OK, maybe), put his pen down, closed his pad, and said "I was going to try and help you out, but not anymore, I am not going to do anything for you. You might like to try taking it back to a different Mister Minit to see if they can be more helpful. I'm done. See ya. Bye. Off you go then!" Which, I may add, he said in a menacing tone. Avoid at all costs.

  I went to get my car keys done. The job took three days longer that the initial promise. They don't answer calls and the staff don't know anything about customer service (bit rude) Worth a drive to Mt. Ommaney instead. Definitely I won't come back

  Very disappointing experience. It took 5 weeks to repair, I had to call every week for a status update and was given a different story each time. When I lodged my complaints at pick up, the response was argumentative, contradictory and suggested a complete disregard for any kind of customer service or pride in work. I was hoping to support a local business but will definitely be taking my business elsewhere in future. When sharing my experience amongst my local community, a number of others confirmed similar experiences.

  Don't bother going here. This monosynaptic idiot informed me that my favorite shoes could not be resoled and I should throw them out. Fortunately I took them to another repairer who has done a beautiful job. He obviously knows nothing about repairing shoes (or cutting keys - the last lot I had cut here didn't fit the lock and I had to throw them out) Never going here again.
