    I went to BP plaza QLD in the afternoon of 16 Dec 2017 to pick up a couriersplease parcel which was shown in the system as being kept in BP plaza. I was very patient waiting for the staff to serve more than 5 customers arriving after me, to get the chance to ask if she could check again about the parcel. She lost her temper unexpectedly and shouted to me using rude language.
