    Messed up my order about 4 times. Once failing to deliver (but marked as delivered), closed up & never contacted me. Runs out of chicken. Pay terminal doesn't always work and the roof leaks... When they don't mess up its ok. Staff are polite.

    Red Rooster could be way better if it had a drive through. The staff which are mostly school girls are outstanding in the way the great everyone with a smile. Even grumpy people like me. My biggest complaint with this particular Red Rooster is it consistently doesn’t have chickens. I would have thought fundamentally a store that sells chicken’s should never be in a position where they don’t have any chickens to sell.

    Front counter staff are always nice. Reasonably quick service. Fresh chips always. Chickens are great. Clean too.

    Ordered a large rippa roll combo, paid $15 and get home to this?! What a joke!!
    Two HALF rippa subs with the smallest piece of chicken ever and barely any lettuce or sauce. What a waste of $15 and my time!

    Tried to contact the store on their advertised number, phone is off the hook. Really good for customer service !!!!!! Get your stuff together red rooster Kenmore and I expect a manager to respond to this with an apology and offer of refund.

    Fresh food and good service. Love the reds burger and box meal which was filling .
    The store always has some offers which makes good value for money
