- Steven Tran Added August 15, 2017★ ★ ★ ★ ☆Now known as 'LYV Kitchen' (ie Live Your Values), this little cafe tucked away in suburbia has a few surprises. LYV Kitchen specialises in organic and gluten free plant-based options - which means, for instance, the use of almond and soy milk in their coffees rather than full-cream dairy. The coffee itself was inoffensive, with a slightly sweet flavour thanks to the almond milk. As a coffee connoisseur I could tell that texture of the coffee was not as creamy as it should be compared to full-cream dairy milk, but otherwise found it to be drinkable. The carrot cake and raw blueberry cheesecake were delicious, and my wife's matcha latte was decent enough.
The place is small and quiet, so enjoy :)
